One of the things every parent wants to see is their kids loving, protecting and comforting each other.
Although-when Brendan was assigned a time out for poor behavior, his littlest sister came unhinged and sat right down beside him. Quickly followed by the middle child who needed to provide encouragement and strength as well.
OH BROTHER.
And doesn’t Brendan’s face look pathetic?
poor buddy! at least he had company. Na
It is so funny how they stick together. Jacob and Awrey are the same way! Awrey cannot stand to have his big brother do a time out all alone. Just the thought of it. It is so hard to want to seperate them though. I enjoy watching them play, grow and even fight or cry together … because they WANT to do it together. We asked again if they wanted seperate rooms, but they don’t. When I see my boys playing I think of you. I miss you LeeRoy! Jacob told me today he wanted to see his “Uncle Mike in Michigan” AND Brendan AND Gabi AND Lexi AND Aunt Lee. I said, “I know buddy, me too.”
